Patrick's PALS Raising awareness of Fragile X Syndrome; Raising money to find a cure!

In 1997 Patrick's PALS and a 3-on-3 Basketball Tornament were created in honor of Patrick Vershbow. Patrick was diagnosed with Fragile X Syndrome in 1993 when he was 10 months old; Patrick is now 18. ALL proceeds from this event go to FRAXA; FRAXA was established in 1994 with the sole purpose of funding research to find a cure for Fragile X. In 14 years PALS has proudly raised over $500,000; in 17 years FRAXA has funded $19 million in research!
