Northern Blend had such an awesome weekend! If you haven't worked with Cary Burns, you are certainly missing out! He's just wonderful! We thank him for his time, talent, and brilliance! Not only did NBC work with him, all of our quartets did too! Roulette, For Heaven's Sake, Backstage Pass , Half Notes and Vivàce! He also gave a few PVIs! It was a fantastic weekend and we are so very grateful!

Congratulations to our NEWEST member of NBC!! We have another mother/daughter combo!!! Joining our bass section is the lovely and talented AUTUMN SPILKER! We are thrilled to add her to our roster! ❤️

We did our first night of riser testing tonight to get us ready for contest! We have a rubric, and every singer gets one-on-one feedback with their section leader after they perform in real time! We love this method and it has proven to be both helpful and encouraging for our members!! 🙂 If they struggle they are able to retest and have markings on their music and helpful advice from our music team to get them where they want to be! It's definitely "scary" to sing for your peers, but when you have a music team that is knowledgable, kind, supportive and encouraging, it makes it all worth it in the end!

Northern Blend was so honored to sing for the 1000 Islands River Pride Family Day today! We were blown away by the amazingly warm and spirited reception of our audience and we thank you all so much!! It is our pleasure and joy to sing for you! Hope everyone had as much fun as WE did!!! ❤️🏳️‍🌈 Thank you to the adorable Alex Hazard for inviting us! We will be happy to come back over and over!!!

Northern Blend had our annual INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS and celebrated membership awards, musicianship, choreo, banana, and BOTY, as well as appreciation for our president and director!
