The Volunteer Transportation Center of Watertown, New York is a non-profit organization that provides essential rides to health, social, and other destinations for residents of Jefferson and Lewis Counties who have no other transportation alternatives. Supported by the United Way of Northern New York, the Volunteer Transportation Center utilizes volunteer drivers to provide service to communities

such as Watertown, Adams, Adams Center, Clayton, Henderson, Carthage, Croghan, and Lowville. Thanks to the work of our certified volunteer drivers, staff, board of directors and the generosity of our donors, we are able to help others that have no means of transportation to medical appointments and grocery shopping. Our goal is to make a difference in people’s lives by giving access to the health care they need. The Volunteer Transportation Center is a 501c3 non-profit. Partner Agencies

MONDAY MOTIVATION! Each day, we ask ourselves, "What Would Ben Coe Do?" and today is no exception. Though we lost Ben earlier this year at the age of 95, today would have been his 96th birthday. We are so thankful for all he did to establish the Volunteer Transportation Center and for everything else he and his wife, Peggy, have done over the years for our community. We're motivated today and every day by their service above self. Happy Heavenly Birthday, Ben!
