New Referee Training Clinic in Beaver Dam on Saturday March 14, 2026, see details below. Watertown has had great referee coverage for our soccer games as of late. The new referee fees approved by MAYSA have increased dramatically starting for the Fall of 26' season. Those new higher ref fees along with Watertown soccer clubs generous incentive program for refereeing our home games make it a no brainer to become certified. Please consider giving back to the game and making some CASH while doing it. Watertown soccer club is a ZERO tolerance referee abuse club! Our coaches, board, players, and parents hold themselves to a higher standard to make sure you can referee Watertown home games without receiving abuse. Thank you to all the past and future referees. Without you on the field, games are not played.

Participants must be 13 years old by the start of the class.

Thank you team Edge!

Thank you to the U10 Edge soccer team (and some friends) for coming to pack our snack bags last week! Did you know that children who face food insecurity are shown to be more likely to be late for school, have multiple absences, and/or repeat grades? That’s why we are so grateful to all of our snack packing friends for looking out for kids in their own community. These snack bags help fuel our friends at Schurz elementary school so they can show up as their best selves, ready to learn.

Thank you for the overwhelming support and all the donations that we’ve received to keep the bags coming. Our hearts are so full because you all care to make a difference!

US Youth soccer which is the governing body for Wisconsin Youth soccer (WYSA) and Madison area youth soccer association (MAYSA) will return to using the previous seasonal years to determine age groups starting for the Fall of 2026 and Spring 2027 season. Watertown Soccer club, which plays in the MAYSA league and is covered under WYSA will implement the cut-off dates with it's upcoming full season registration which opens approx. May 1st and closes approx. May 22nd. (official dates will be determined soon). If your child has a birthdate that falls with in the chart below, that would be their age grouping. It doesn't mean a player couldn't play up with an older grouping. Players will be grouped by their birth year first within these cut off dates. This most likely will change some teams with some kids moving onto teams with grade school friends and some kids that might move off of a team to an older bracket based on these cut off dates. The club will do it's best to answer questions and concerns you may have. Please know we are right here with you when trying to facilitate the best soccer experience for your players. We will continue to do our best providing a safe, fun, and competitive club experience for your son and daughters. Thank you all for continuing to grow our club and soccer in the Watertown community.
