The SEPAC survey results will provide another important source of data to share with the district. Our 100% anonymous survey is separate from the one caregivers recently received from the Superintendent, and the feedback collected will help guide SEPAC priorities, advocacy efforts, and initiatives moving forward. We appreciate everyone who takes the time to participate and share their experiences with us!

Please share this survey with other parents and caregivers of students with IEPs and 504 Plans through Watertown Public Schools. The more responses we receive, the more accurately we can reflect the lived experiences and needs of students and families across the district.

The Watertown SEPAC Spring 2026 Family Survey is now open, and we are asking all families of students with IEPs and 504 plans to participate. This survey is separate from the district survey sent by the Superintendent in recent weeks.

Watertown families are invited to fill out the survey one time per student. Please note that submissions are anonymous and the data is being collected by Watertown SEPAC. Results will be shared with the district in aggregate form (no identifying information will be reported) and posted on our website.
