Visit the to quiet your mind on our NEW Mindful in the Garden Walk ☮️. It is a self-guided meditative opportunity to practice mindfulness📿. Reduce your anxiety, depression, boost the immune system, and improve mental clarity.

The walk begins near the Forget-Me-Not Pond 🐠 along our Lilac Loop trail and concludes in the Rose Garden🌹, with 12 designated pause points marked with beautifully painted Mandalas. 😊 As you approach each of the numbered points on our map, you will use the prompts on the reverse side of the map to help you notice, reflect, and ground yourself in the nature that surrounds you🌳 .
