The Waterloo Illinois Optimist Club raises money for youth programs, and the Christmas Tree Lot is a great annual fund raiser for the club. The Optimist Club helps fund youth events, scholarships, sports, and other programs. All the proceeds from the Christmas Tree Lot help fund these programs. HOURS: M-F 9-8, S&S 9-6.
