Since you can’t have fall in Upstate NY without pumpkins, CCE Seneca will be handing out a limited number of free locally grown pie pumpkins from The Pumpkin Stand at all three of the Farmers Markets here in Seneca County!

There will also be mini-pumpkin muffins to sample while at the market along with pumpkin recipes and information about the nutritional benefits of orange veggies to take home.

The 4-H program will have fun Fall activities and games for youth with the opportunity to decorate a pumpkin and win prizes, too!

To help carry your farm fresh produce and other goodies from the market, get a Seneca Recycles reusable shopping bag or backpack with recycling information. Seneca County residents can also take home a recycling blue bin while supplies last.
