On 6-5-26 the Waterloo Police Department located and arrested Jason Harkrider in the 100 block of Lehman Circle reference his warrants for Violation of Parole (Lascivious Acts with a Child/ Indecent Exposure) and Indecent Exposure.

Burglary Investigation

According to the Cedar Falls Police Department, they are currently an alleged burglary to Gravy's Diner at 4129 University Avenue on May 22nd. $1,500.00 Reward- Missing Person

In April of 1979, Willie Ann Rucker was living in an apartment with her three young children. Rucker was recently divorced and working two jobs, one at a grocery store and one as a waitress in a lounge. It was reported that she was also having trouble with a former boyfriend.

On April 8th, she left her job at the grocery store and headed to her apartment where she was to meet her sister and her three children.
Rucker never arrived that night and on April 12th, 1979, she was reported missing. She has not been seen since.
