A reminder that there will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

As we enjoy this long weekend, may we take time to rest, spend time with loved ones, and give thanks for the many people whose hard work helps our families, school, and community thrive.

🙏 A Labor Day Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of work and for the talents and abilities You have given each of us. Bless all those who work to provide for their families and serve our communities. Give them strength when work is difficult, joy in their accomplishments, and rest when they are weary. Help us to appreciate the dignity of work and to always treat one another with kindness, gratitude, and respect.

May our families enjoy this day together and return refreshed and ready to continue to serve others with love.

Our “Shine Like the Saints” mural in the cafeteria is officially complete! ❤️🖤

And the best part? Our students are a part of it! 🪽 Each angel wing is made up of our students’ names, with every student having the opportunity to decorate their own name. What a beautiful way to remind us that every single student has a special place in our school family and a unique light to share with the world.

As our Falcons gather in the cafeteria each day, may these wings remind us to shine brightly, lift one another up, and follow the example of the saints. ✨

Our 3rd graders are busy building their typing skills in the computer lab! They’re learning proper keyboarding techniques, practicing accuracy, and becoming more confident with every keystroke. 🙌

Our 8th graders are learning that leadership isn’t just about being the oldest it’s about serving others, taking responsibility, and setting a great example! ❤️🖤

Every year, our 8th grade class takes on important classroom jobs, including:

📚 Classroom Helpers – lending a hand to teachers and helping keep our classroom running smoothly!

🏃 Office Runners – helping deliver messages and materials throughout the school and parish!

♻️ Recycling Leader– helping keep our school clean and doing their part for our environment!

🍎 Cafeteria Helpers – cleaning tables, taking out the trash and recycling, and helping keep our cafeteria clean and ready for the next group of students!

We are so proud of our 8th graders for stepping up, serving others, and showing what it means to be a Falcon leader. 🦅

✨ JUNIOR HIGH MATH TEACHER
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior High Math Teacher to inspire students in grades 6–8. The ideal candidate is passionate about mathematics, enjoys working with junior high students, and is committed to creating a positive, engaging classroom environment.

📚 PART-TIME EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST / RESOURCE TEACHER
We are also looking for a caring and collaborative Part-Time Educational Support Specialist / Resource Teacher to provide individualized academic support and help students reach their full potential. This position will work closely with classroom teachers and families to support student learning and growth.

🏕️ 7th Grade Camp Wartburg Retreat! 🏹🌲

Our 7th graders had an incredible time at their Camp Wartburg retreat last week! This energetic bunch was packed with activities, challenges, laughter, and plenty of opportunities to grow together. ❤️🖤

From team-building challenges, low ropes, and creek walking to archery, basketball, and a delicious lunch from Ms. Rachel, there was never a dull moment!

🌊 The creek walk even turned into an unexpected creek swim! 😂
🧗‍♀️ Students challenged themselves to conquer their fears on the high ropes, rock wall, and zip line, encouraging one another every step of the way.
⛪ And, of course, the day wouldn't be complete without Outdoor Mass, giving our students time to pause, pray, and grow closer to God in the beauty of His creation.

What wonderful days of faith, friendship, teamwork, and conquering new challenges! We are so proud of our 7th graders for stepping outside their comfort zones and making memories together. 🌟

A BIG thank you to Mr. Liefer and Mrs. Heinzl for chaperoning and helping make this retreat such a memorable experience!
