Who would like to be part of the Dorothyfest team?
Over the years several friends have been a tremendous help in running the tournament. The tournament has grown tremendously from where it started. We might be a few decades or centuries from achieving Boatride magnitudes, but it would be great to get new people involved as part of it.
Areas we would like help in...
Setting up Friday (mostly nets)
Taking down nets on Saturday evening
Coordinating and running the different divisions (Coed, Men's and Women's A & B)
Seeding (Coed, Men's and Women's A & B)
T-shirt distribution
Prize distribution on Saturday afternoon/evening
So far I've handled making the brackets and assigning courts, but I'm happy to engage others in that process, as well.
I'm grateful for all the help and participation over the years, and I'd love to build a team to keep it going! Please contact me via any messaging way you know how if you'd like to be a part of running Dorothyfest!
