So- the folks at FB want to know what kind of place the bunny ranch is- hello? It's 9/10 imagination and fantasy and 1/10 reality. 144 Greenwood, Waterloo, IA 50701- used to be a real place. Bunnies are real and they bring us joy. Everything else is made up. Enjoy the fiction based on fact. Do not take us seriously.
