Community Partnerships for Protecting Children - Black Hawk County The CPPC is a community-based approach to child protection through Black Hawk County.

The Community Partnerships for Protecting Children (CPPC) is the collaboration of the Community Partnership for Protecting Children and the Child and Community Safety Task Team. There are four main strategies that the group focuses on, which include: Shared Decision Making, Neighborhood Networking, Individualized Courses of Action, and Policy and Practice Change.
