While we know that many factors can affect your mental health, we also know that community is a protective factor against su***de. 💙

Community provides a safety net of people who care and can reach out when someone may be at risk. It is a useful and lasting way of strengthening our own mental health while being there for one another. 🫂✨

Restful sleep is excellent for the brain! It recharges it, helps manage stress, and improves mood, energy levels, and concentration.

Whether you're a night owl or a morning person, here are some tips for sleeping well:
• Establish a regular sleep schedule. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.
• Exercise regularly. This helps stimulate the production of natural sleep hormones.
• Relax and disconnect. Create a calming routine, including turning off your devices an hour before going to bed.
• Maintain a cool temperature and total darkness. A cool temperature and a dark space promote sleep.
