Ok, Anyone who went to school at lowell school in 1983. There is a family that needs your help. I know it was along time ago but there is info that needs to be found , on a women that had a emergency in florida and left her three children with a family her oldest daughter may have went to school with. In 1983 a 7 year old girl went to lowell school, her name is Buffy , she had 2 siblings that were younger. In 1983 there was a emergency that her mother had to to florida, but she never returned. This family lived on blackhawk st in Waterloo and buffy remembers riding her bike to a house she believes may be who was taking care of them. The house would have been in lowell school district..Viola (the mother was 28 at time of disappearance) she made it to florida and left her mothers to return home to her children but never arrived and has never been seen since. I am begging anyone that remembers anything or if you think you parent could of been taking care of these children. The family needs to speak with them if possible as the authorities either do not have DHS records after this long or will not search for who ever called them reporting mother never returned. The family believes that who ever this caretaker was may have spoke to her at some point after leaving her mothers to come back home to her children . If you remember anything or think it was a parent or relative that watched these children, I beg of you to help. BUFFY went to lowell school and lived 1717 blackhawk st, not far from lowell. This is a picture of buffy and a picture of her mother around the time of disappearance. Please forward this make it go viral. To help this family find peace.
