Today Unity in the Community was on full display, making the 17th Annual Take Back Our Community/Back to School Bash another community wide collaborated success.
The food, fun, and fellowship was indeed Waterloo. We were blessed with a lovely day of beutiful weather, and live musical entertainment that was simply Amazing!

Today the students of B2B wrapped up their summer season of learning, planting, fishing,camping and the introduction of new experiences.
We concluded our phenomenal summer with our end of the year
trip to Des Moines .
While there our students experienced the amazing animals at Blank Zoo..🐵🦒🦁
The endless smorgasbord at Pizza Ranch 🍕🍗
and the high rising rollers coasters of our beloved Adventureland!🎢🎠🛝🎪
I'd like to give a special thanks to our parents, our community partners, our sponsors, support donors, and last but not least our B2B Team. Staff, Media, Mentors and Volunteers.
Without you none of this would be possible. So from the bottom of my heart I thank you all! ❤️

Today the students of B2B Visited T&M Double Image Ranch. Where our host Toriel, and Marriellen Wise enlightened us on the beauty, responsibility and overall behavior of horses. This was an amazing first time experience for our students. They were able to offer sweet carrots for snacks which allowed students the opportunity to pet the horses and ponies. This gave them an up close and personal first time experience with these amazing animals.

Today the students of B2B charged into Memorial Stadium to cheer on our home team, the Waterloo Bucks! For many this was a first time experience.🥳 Memories were made and a time was had!🌭🍿🥤⚾️🎊

Today the students of B2B engaged in a community service visit to the elderly at Mount Carmel Village. While there they we went door to door
to greet and deliver the July addition of the Soultown Magazine, compliments of founder, author, and editor Cherie Kabba otherwise known as Chillin!
We thank you for the opportunity to be introduced and to serve our elders..📚
