Chloe has made it through her chemotherapy and been declared Cancer free! Through God's love she has made it through this important part of her recovery. Your prayers helped save my little girls life.

We got great news from the plastic surgeon. Chloe Dawn Patterson will be able to get some of her scarring on her leg improved a great deal. This will be a long agonizing process. Chloe will go through 2 months of prep to get her skin ready to harvest. When the skin is ready to be harvested Chloe will undergo a 10-11 hour surgery to place the skin like "sod" on her thigh. Above and at her hip will be surgically repaired by pulling the skin together and stitching it. Dr Brooks seems incredibly optimistic about the success of this procedure. Dad, Mom, Grandparents, and family support Chloe's body autonomy but good lord I am terrified. Chloe is the ultimate warrior and she will defeat this challenge like all the rest.

We have not posted for awhile because Chloe is doing amazing! We praise god everyday for all the blessings our family enjoys. Yesterday we had a lesson and a reminder of how it felt when Chloe was first sick. We learned to never listen to area doctors and more importantly don't look up stuff medical stuff on google. Glorious news is that Chloe is still amazing and doing great! We adults have learned another valuable lesson from Chloe's illness. God bless you all.
