The banquet is one day away!

WYFCL 2021 Banquet is tomorrow night WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 22, 2021. Just a couple quick information things.

Doors open at 530pm and the Banquet starts at 6pm. If you need to pay at the door please try to get there before 6pm so we can start on time.

Just a quick reminder if you are playing to attend the WYFCL banquet on 12/22/2021 at Langley's I need to know by next Friday 12/17/2021. If you do not RSVP you will not be able to attend.

Please reply to this email and let me know as soon as possible along with the total number of people attending and breakdown (EX: 1 cheerleader, 1 football player, 1 under 5 and 3 others)

The cost this year is as follows::

Players and Coaches are $5

Children 5 and under are free

Everyone else is $15

Payment can be by Venmo, Mailing a check, or Cash or Credit card at the door

Coaches will be down at Greco Field in Waterford tomorrow Saturday December 4, 2021 from 1230-2pm for any Waterford or montville player who still has any football or cheer equipment that needs to be turned in. If you have equipment and are unable to make it tomorrow please reply so we can make arrangements to get the equipment. Thank you! Eric

The 2021 WYFCL Banquet is now scheduled!
The Banquet will be on Wednesday December 22, 2021 at 6pm at Langley's Restaurant at the Great Neck Country Club, 28 Lamphere Rd, Waterford CT
I ask that everyone please come out and recognize our football players and cheerleaders after an amazing 202\1 season and give our graduating players a great send off!

The cost this year is as follows:
Players and Coaches are $5
Children 5 and under are free
Everyone else is $15
We will have some raffles, senior gifts for graduating players and cheerleaders, and a small gift for all players and cheerleaders from the WYFCL executive board.
Langley's requires a head count by December 17th so please let me know the total number of people attending and breakdown (EX: 1 cheerleader, 1 football player, 1 under 5 and 3 others)
Please RSVP to me with the head count and method of payment. I will be able to accept Venmo, checks by mail or cash and credit card at the door. When I confirm your RSVP I will send my Venmo or mailing address payment.
Lastly, If anyone is able to obtain any additional donations for the raffle please let me now as I will try to list what raffles we will have prior to the banquet!

Good Evening, If you have not turned in your equipment please make arrangements to get it to the field house Thursday November 18th between 5:30-8pm. All MYFL property must be return by this date. Another Waterford Equipment turn in date will be figured out in the next week or two.

A quick reminder tonight is equipment turn in for JUNIOR and SENIOR football players equipment at Greco Field in Waterford from 530-630pm.

Good Morning Lancer's

This was a weekend of high's and lows and while we may not have achieved every goal the most important part is to remember that every football player and cheerleader gained knowledge and experience that will help them for every season going forward.

Given the uncertainty of the season with COVID and the difficulties of injuries and scheduling the fact we played football and cheered for 3 months is a success in it self as some town could not!

Please be on the lookout for some up coming emails regarding the banquet (Location and Date to be determined still) and the Annual meeting where ALL EBOARD positions are open and MANY individuals on the board are leaving. Without 4 or 5 people to take on these positions upcoming seasons in Waterford will not be possible.
