No Open Field Today. Rescheduled for August 23. ⚾️

08/01/2026

2nd Open Field Session this Sunday from 1-3pm. Last session the guys got a ton of opportunities in fielding drills, situational awareness, and of course a ton of BP. Baseball is just plain fun!

⚾ Open Field is Here! ⚾

Looking for extra baseball reps and a chance to play? Join us for Open Field every other Sunday beginning July 19, from 1:00–3:00 PM!

📍 Location: Waterford Fairgrounds (our usual spot). If the fair or another event makes the fields unavailable, we’ll move to Watertown or another nearby field.

👥 Age Groups: 10U & 12U

Here’s the plan:
⚾ If we have enough players, we’ll split up for a pickup game.
🥎 If not, we’ll take batting practice, work on fielding, and get in some quality reps.

This is a great opportunity to keep improving, get extra swings, and have fun with teammates and friends. No pressure—just come ready to play!

We hope to see everyone there!

Wolf Creek Youth Baseball Needs YOU! 💚

Our program continues to grow, with over 100 athletes taking the field each year and we couldn’t be prouder of what this community has built together. But to keep things running strong, we’re in need of more volunteers to serve as officers.

Officers are the backbone of our organization. They help organize and fund the program while making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In recent years, your support has helped us go beyond the basics, funding things like Wildcats jerseys, a home run fence, tournament teams, and end-of-season celebrations.

There are also essential yearly expenses that keep the program going, including:
• Liability insurance
• Field maintenance
• Equipment
• Umpire fees

Officer responsibilities include:
• Player sign-ups and team assignments
• Coach selection and support
• Coordinating upkeep for our three fields
• Representing Waterford at league meetings
• Financial oversight and decision-making for the program

The good news is no one does it all. Responsibilities are shared, and we work as a team to make it manageable for everyone.

If you’ve ever thought about getting more involved, now is the time. The future of Wolf Creek Youth Baseball depends on volunteers stepping up.

If you’re interested in joining our team or want to learn more, please reach out. We’d love to have you! ⚾

Proudly supported by our community 💚⚾️
