🚀 ReadyCT at MASC was a HUGE success! 🔧🤖🎮

Students in grades 6–11 spent the day exploring the exciting world of advanced manufacturing and technology through hands-on activities and interactive experiences.

From robotics demonstrations and virtual reality simulations to learning about automation, engineering, artificial intelligence, and modern manufacturing careers, students got a firsthand look at the future of industry right here in Connecticut!

The energy in the building was incredible as students explored new technology, asked great questions, and discovered career pathways they may have never considered before. Events like this help inspire the next generation of makers, innovators, programmers, machinists, engineers, and problem-solvers.

A huge thank you to ReadyCT, our instructors, partners, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this event such a memorable experience for our students. The future of manufacturing is bright! ⚙️✨

Spreading a little love, one sandwich at a time 💛

Today at MASC, our crew teamed up with CNC students for a hands-on day of giving—preparing and packing PB&J sandwiches, fresh-baked cookies, fruit, granola, and chips for the St. Vincent DePaul Mission in Waterbury.

From organic peanut butter to Maine blueberry, mixed berry, and peach jellies, every detail was made with care. But what mattered most wasn’t just the food—it was the teamwork, the kindness, and the shared purpose behind it all.

Proud of this group for showing up, working together, and making a real difference in our community.

MASC is in full swing this spring after a long winter! Our students had an incredible tour at Hanwha Aerospace, we’re gearing up for this year’s Roadshow with ReadyCT, and our high school carpentry students are getting creative with hands-on projects. Exciting things are happening every day!
