(the “Organization” or “Rivera Memorial Foundation, Inc.”) exists first and foremost to develop the full human potential of its participants by fostering their intellectual, social, economical, emotional, moral and spiritual growth. The Youth Committee is a branch off of Rivera Memorial Foundation, Inc. in which we strive to positively impact the community using Waterbury's youth.
