Today’s PLTI Power Session was AMAZING!
Our Waterbury cohort showed up with strength, vision, and heart. and it was incredible to also be joined by our fierce facilitators, mentors, our inspiring alumni, and the volunteers who selflessly gave their time to lift our leaders higher.

This is what leadership looks like when it’s rooted in love, resilience, and ACTION.
Thank you to everyone who continues to pour into this movement. Together, we are raising up a generation of disruptors who will change the world.

✨ PLTI Power in Action! ✨

Today, our PLTI class dove into The Power of Media — and what an unforgettable session it was! As we begin to hit the halfway mark in our journey of leadership and advocacy, we were honored to learn from none other than , News Anchor and Bilingual Reporter from NBC Telemundo Nueva Inglaterra 🎤📺

Solangi shared how media shapes narratives, moves communities, and amplifies voices — especially for those often unheard. Our participants left inspired, informed, and ready to disrupt the status quo using storytelling as a tool for justice and change. 💥

PLTI is more than a class — it's an initiative, a movement. And we’re just getting started. 💪🏽🧠
