✨ It’s Official — The Chair Project Has Launched! 💈💼

We’re thrilled to share that the Chair Project officially kicked off with our first cohort of 11 students, all eager to begin their journey into entrepreneurship, skill-building, and meaningful connection.

From learning the basics of barbering ✂️ to doing mock consultations for hair appointments, the room was full of energy, questions, and laughter. One student asked, “How do you deal with a challenging customer?” — and the learning took off from there. 💬💡

We have big plans ahead, and we can’t wait for the community event this April, where our youth will showcase everything, they’ve learned. 🎉
Stay tuned — the journey has just begun! 🚀

🌲☀️ Season Celebration at PAL Summer Camp! ☀️🌲

This past weekend, our PAL Special Olympics team wrapped up their softball season with a fun trip to PAL Summer Camp! 🥎🎉

The day was filled with:
🚶‍♂️ Walking the Scoville Dam Trail
🏀⚽ Games & sports galore
🎈 A balloon toss competition (and lots of laughs!)

We’re so grateful to our Special Olympics & PAL Camp Sponsors 🙏💙 — your support makes unforgettable memories like these possible. These are the moments our athletes will hold onto for a lifetime!💫

🌟PAL Special Olympics! 🌟

🥎 On Saturday (9/13), our Bobcubs battled hard in the Unified Division 4 Softball Tournament — 2 wins, 2 losses, and a Division 4 Bronze Medal!

⚾ Our athletes also shined in the Softball Skills competitions:
🥇 1 Gold
🥈 2 Silver
🥉 3 Bronze

🔥 On Sunday (9/14), the Bobcats took the field in Division 3, also going 2-2 and earning the Bronze Medal!

But the real victories? The laughs, smiles, friendships, and memories made along the way. 💙

Huge thanks to SOCT, our supporters, and especially our incredible volunteers & coaches who make all this possible. 🫶
