What a milestone for commercial real estate education in Alaska!

Last week, the CCIM Alaska Chapter was proud to host CI 101 (Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate) in Anchorage for the first time in nearly two decades. This 4-day foundational course brought together dedicated professionals focused on sharpening their investment analysis skills, expanding their market knowledge, and elevating the standard of commercial real estate practice across our state.

A sincere thank you to our students, instructors, and everyone who helped make this long-awaited class possible. Special thanks to Northrim Bank for the use of their facilities. We are excited to continue building momentum for CCIM education in Alaska.
