Valley Residential Services VRS is a not-for-profit housing organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing to people with special needs.

VRS strives to improve the quality of life to its residents by providing the most basic element of stabilization - housing. VRS works closely with area service agencies to provide the valuable supports to our tenants helping them to achieve a successful life style. Incorporated October 15, 1998. 501 c (3) Not-for-Profit status approved on August 2, 1999. Recognized as a Community Housing Developme

nt Organization on February 4, 2000. VRS provides168 units of housing in the Mat-Su Valley for 250 people. Total development includes $25 million in new construction projects since 2001. VRS controls over $30 million of property in the Mat-Su Valley.
