Congratulations to our Bridleless Ranch Trail Champion and youngest competitor, Siiri on Quill!

Siiri Riutta proved you don't need reins to get it done.

She did backflip off her horse AND the splits, just for a few extra style points.

Pretty hard to top that.

“If you keep yourself out of the game for fear of losing, there is no way on earth you’re gonna win.”

That feels like a pretty fitting way to close out our 2026 season.

Thank you to everyone who put themselves in the game with us this year. The riders who tried something new, brought a green horse, chased a cow, had a great run, had a not-so-great run, and came back to try again.

Most of all, thank you for showing up and being part of ARCHA. Every entry, every ride and every person willing to step into the arena is helping cow horse continue to grow in Alaska.

Here’s to everything we learned this season and doing it all again in 2027.

Making it a great day is pretty easy at a cow horse show.

Good horses, good people, a little mud, a few cows, plenty of laughs, and everyone cheering each other on.

Day One of the Fireweed Spectacular was a blast!

The sun was shining, the horses were showing, and we had a great first day at the Alaska State Fair.

Missed Saturday? You still have time to join us Sunday! Entries are still open, so come show with us for Day Two.

Ranch Trail starts at 3:00 PM

Come ride, cheer everyone on, grab some Fair food, and spend another day of cow horse with us at the Alaska State Fair!

The Fireweed Spectacular kicks off tomorrow at the Alaska State Fair, and we're ready for a great weekend of cow horse.

Haven't entered yet? There's still time! Get your entry in today so we can get your discounted Fair passes arranged before the show.

Come show a few classes, chase a jackpot, cheer on your friends, grab some Fair food, and enjoy everything that comes with showing right in the middle of the Alaska State Fair.
