I would like to congratulate our graduating seniors that continued this past year with our troop. Not many boys will go all the way from 6th grade and still be in Scouts as a seniors in high school.

Some boys stop Scouts all together. Other achieve Eagle and never return afterward. The term is Eagle out, which I disagree, happens, and typically both the Scout and Troop lose in the end. The boys that continued all the way to the end I have the greatest admiration and respect for. They are the future, our future, more so than any other young men we might see. They have the tools, lessons, and values to be an important part of our country now and into the future.

To Matt, Old Jack, New Jack, Owen and Jackson. Congratulations! You have earned it!
