The Rodney Neilson American Legion Post 912 has been revitalized! New leadership will be sworn in on 12 March @ 1800 at the Washington City Library in the Community Room. Please come join us as we strive to bring back this amazing group of veterans and honor the name sake of our Post Rodney Neilson who gave the ultimate sacrifice for country and this community!

It is with sadness that we notify you that one of our own Alex Aerts recently passed away. He was a lifetime active member of the American Legion and he will be greatly missed.

St. George, Utah Alexander Joseph Aerts,77, left us behind January 21, 2025. He was born on July 7, 1947, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to William Aerts and Marion Aerts. He married Nancy Aerts on July 2, 1977. He spent most of his life in the nursing field taking care

MISSION STATEMENT: “To enhance the well-being of America’s veterans, their families, our military, and our communities by our devotion to mutual helpfulness”.

We meet the 1st Wednesday of each month at 6 - 7 pm at the Washington Branch Library. Come join us and be part of Washington City’s community!!!
