Calling all young explorers! Grab your ranger badges and join us as we travel through amazing literary habitats from around the world—and beyond. A little sneak peek at what’s waiting for you at BOOKED!

Join us for our annual fall fundraiser, an evening of good company, great food and drinks, and a live auction—all in support of Gunn Memorial Library & Museum.

Our live auction is filled with three wonderful experiences, all made possible by the generosity of local businesses, organizations, and friends of Gunn Memorial Library & Museum.

We are grateful to our BOOKED! sponsors and auction donors whose generosity makes this special evening possible. Your support means so much to the Library & Museum and helps us continue all that we offer our community throughout the year.

There’s still time to purchase tickets through the gunnlibrary.org link in our bio.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Gunn Memorial Library will welcome Attorneys Janie McDermott and David Sfara for Planning Ahead for Peace of Mind, an informative session designed to help individuals better understand the essentials of estate planning.

McDermott and Sfara will discuss important estate planning documents, including wills, living wills, healthcare proxies, and powers of attorney, as well as types of trusts, succession of assets, and probate issues. The program will offer practical information about how thoughtful planning can help individuals make their wishes known and prepare for the future.

Attorneys McDermott and Sfara are partners with Giuliano Richardson & Sfara LLC in Woodbury, where they focus their practices primarily on estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate litigation, and tax-exempt governance. McDermott has spent more than ten years in private practice, while Sfara has practiced law in Connecticut for forty-nine years.

Registration is required as seating is limited. Register via program link in bio.
