Thanks to the incredible support of our community, donors, volunteers, and partners, this year's Feeding Frenzy was a huge success. The food has been collected, the donations have been counted, and now we're getting ready for the best part...

Tomorrow we'll be announcing the final results and handing out our exciting Feeding Frenzy trophies! Who brought home the bragging rights? Who made the biggest splash in the fight against hunger? Stay tuned tomorrow to find out!

We’re grateful for the chance to lift up an issue that touches nearly half of the households in our region. In our recent Washington Daily News opinion piece, we shared why ALICE families; our childcare workers, CNAs, mechanics, cashiers, and so many others are working hard yet still falling through the gaps.

We have a new drop off date and location for this year's Feeding Frenzy food drive!

There is still plenty of time to collect nonperishable food items and help support local families in need. Every can, every box, and every donation makes a difference right here in our community.

🚨 Ayuh! We've got some special guests headed south! 🚨

The MAINEiacs are packing up the lobster traps, leaving the moose behind, and making the long haul from Maine to North Carolina for the United Fairway Golf Classic! 🦞🫎⛳

Rumor has it they're bringing a little Maine luck, a lot of golf clubs, and enough "ayuh" to confuse half the Inner Banks. We're not sure if they're coming for the birdies, the sunshine, or just to thaw out for a few days! ☀️😂

Please join us in giving a warm Southern welcome to our friends from Vacationland as they travel nearly 1,000 miles to support United Way of the Inner Banks and help make a difference in our community.
