Rapp at Home

Rapp at Home Nonprofit helping Rappahannock residents age in our community.

As a majority volunteer organization, we are an essential resource, dedicated to building a strong community, advocating for older adults' needs, and promoting healthy aging. By connecting members to our network of volunteers and other community services, we can hope to live long, better lives in their homes.

Aging in community is an important issue for Rappahannock. Thirty percent of our rural county's 7,500 residents are 65 and over as compared with Virginia’s overall senior population of 17%.

This will be a very interesting opportunity to learn about the opportunities and challenges of aging in one's community!
