NWIR Greater Metro-Detroit Council

10/06/2026

The NWIR Metro Detroit event at BCM Roofing brought together professionals from across the roofing community to learn from one another, build new relationships, and strengthen existing ones. From thoughtful discussions to shared experiences (and some incredible BBQ!), the evening highlighted what makes this industry so special.

Thank you to BCM Roofing for hosting, Gulfeagle Supply for sponsoring, and everyone who invested time to be part of the conversation. We're excited to see the continued growth of women in roofing.

Stay tuned to the next event!!

The past 10 years have seen incredible growth for women in roofing.
A decade ago, the conversation about women in roofing looked very different. Today, women are leading companies, mentoring the next generation, and reshaping what this industry looks like. The growth has been real — and it's just getting started.
