It was a great day with the Washington High School Unified Club today! We hosted a fishing day for the kids today at Havens Gardens. We provided students with brand new fishing rods that they got to take home, bait and tackle, and pizza for lunch! Seeing the bond and friendships between these high school buddies is amazing! These young people are making a difference in the lives of others! Thank you to NC Division of Marine Fisheries and NC Marine Patrol for coming out today, providing hand towels for our kids, bringing the boat out, and doing a fly by! Thank you also to Washington NC Police Department for coming out to support the kids! Thank you Cara Pittman Photography for the awesome pictures! And THANK YOU to all of our supporters who allow us the opportunity to give kids these outdoor experiences!

Update 7/25/24: Due to the weather, this event has been cancelled.

Angels N Camo will be hosting a fishing day again this year for the Arc of Beaufort County summer camp on July 25th at Havens Gardens from 10 am until 12:30 pm. We need volunteers to assist campers with casting, baiting hooks, and taking fish off the hooks. Angels N Camo will provide campers with everything they will need for the day! Please let us know if you can be a fishing buddy for a camper!

We had the pleasure of having lunch with Parker and his mom and dad this afternoon. We were excited to be able to give him his adventure memory gift today since he wasn't able to make it to the banquet this year. Thank you again to all of our supporters who help us make dreams come true!!
