For 16 years, Holly has been helping Five Points members BUILD STRENGTH, IMPROVE BALANCE, and FEEL THEIR BEST. Whether she's leading a BODYBALANCE or BODYPUMP class, Holly brings energy, encouragement, and experience to every workout.
Her favorite class to teach is BODYBALANCE, where participants can improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness all in one session.
