The Board Diversity Apprentice Project (BDAP)

The Board Diversity Apprentice Project (BDAP) BDAP and its attorneys of color a helping to increase nonprofit board diversity BDAP is currently recruiting attorneys of color to serve in our pilot program.

Qualified applicants will have graduated from law school in the last ten years. BDAP is working with the following organizations in the Washington, DC region to find talented candidates:

- Asian Pacific American Bar Association
- Greater Washington Area Chapter Women Lawyers Division
- The Hispanic Bar Association
- The South Asian Bar Association
- Vietnamese American Bar Association
- Washington Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division)
