2. 5:00 pm Monday: Caregiver Support Group
3. 2:00 pm Tuesday: BCTMA Free Music concert from 2-4pm
4. 11:00 am Wednesday: Revisiting the Mediterranean Diet, presented by ECU Nursing
5. 9:00-12:00n Thursday: Blood Pressure Checks - ANY AGE!
6. 8:15am and 1:30pm Friday: Cardio Drumming!

Happy Monday everyone! I'm back from vacation and ready to go!! This week at the GMHSC has some great events going on:
~Tuesday 1:30pm - grief support group, any age welcome
~Wednesday 2:00pm - group walk, meet out on Main St.
~Thursday 8a-1pm - get your blood pressure checked for FREE, any age welcome
~Friday at 2:30pm - summer craft workshop, rsvp to 252-975-9368
As always, we have the fitness room and other walk-in activities, plus our other scheduled events. Something for EVERYONE!
