The Washington Harbor District Alliance announces new interim executive director, Randa Flournoy.

“As WHDA’s interim executive director, I’m looking forward to the opportunity to continue to elevate downtown Washington’s success,” said Flournoy. “I’m encouraged by community engagement and enthusiasm, to grow downtown Washington into its full potential.”
