MISSION STATEMENT
In the spirit of Service, Not Self, the mission of the American Legion Auxiliary is to support The American Legion and to honor the sacrifice of those who serve by enhancing the lives of our veterans, military, and their families, both at home and abroad. For God and Country, we advocate for veterans, educate our citizens, mentor youth, and promote patriotism, good citizenship,

peace and security. VISION STATEMENT
The vision of the American Legion Auxiliary is to support The American Legion while becoming the premier service organization and foundation of every community providing support for our veterans, our military, and their families by shaping a positive future in an atmosphere of fellowship, patriotism, peace and security.

Canceling children's Christmas party! Due to the unpredictable weather we will be canceling the children's Christmas party at the American Legion,sponsored by the Auxiliary. For tomorrow the 14th of December at 168 Park Avenue. We will try and reschedule at a later date. So sorry for any inconvenience. But safety first.

Last night the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 175 donated $1000.00 to the( bus fund )for our Honor Gaurd. If you are not aware the Honor Gaurd is in desperate need of a new van which transports all of them to funerals and community service events. The present bus is failing. They need our help. If you are able please consider donating to this worthy cause. We are so very proud of what they do for veterans that have served our country. We are so glad to support such a worthy cause.

We had the honor to donate clothing supplies to the Patriot House today. My heart is full.We got to meet several veterans and thank them for their service.And meeting Brad Nelson was a true honor,for his devotion and care he puts forth to everyone he oversees.Thank you all for allowing the American Legion Auxiliary to help our veterans.

This was in yesterday's paper. To say the least we are so very proud of these young people that took the time, but excelled in this essay competition. Maryjo Zullo did an amazing job as our Amercanism chair for the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 175 #. Don Wall was the guest speaker ,who is also part of our Honor Gaurd at Post 175. And a special thank you to all who made this night a true success. Also Mario Stiehler won not only at our post,he also took State and National. This is a huge accomplishment for him. So proud of you all.What a pleasure to be involved with our youth.
