What a wonderful morning of learning, creativity, and seeing the world through a different lens!

Thank you to everyone who joined the Washington City Arts Council for our Photography Workshop with local wildlife and landscape photographer Aaron Luke Madsen!

Participants had the opportunity to explore their cameras, learn about photography settings, and put their skills into practice during hands-on photography activities. It was a great opportunity to ask questions, experiment with new techniques, and discover how a few adjustments can make a big difference in capturing a photo.

🧵✨ What a Creative Day! ✨🎨

What a wonderful time we had at our Cloth-Wrapped Pictures Workshop!

Participants spent the day exploring color, pattern, texture, and creativity as they learned how to transform colorful fabrics into beautiful works of art—with no sewing required!

It was so much fun watching everyone experiment with different fabrics and designs, learn new techniques, and put their own personal touch on their projects. And, of course, there was plenty of creativity and conversation along the way! 💕🧵

A big thank you to our instructor, Linda Stout, for sharing her knowledge, experience, and love of art with us. And thank you to everyone who joined us and made the workshop such a fun and creative experience!

We hope everyone went home with a beautiful finished piece—and some new inspiration to keep creating! 🎨✨
