Look who else is on their get away from the Spring Butterfly House Fundraiser.

Lori Weyker Hill was the lucky winner of what is usually our Fall get away (it usually gets picked on Labor Day). Unfortunately for us the owners of the Cherry Tree House have taken it off the Verbo market because they will be living in their dream home full time starting this October. So, Jane and Scott graciously allowed us to use the Cherry Tree House one last time as a Spring Raffle drawing.
We will miss this place-- but we wish Jane and Scott many happy years in this beautiful home.

Congratulations to Dick Bemis for FINALLY going on his Washington Island 'get away'
(Yes, the same Dick Bemis that donated the beautiful wood-turned bowl and wood-turned pizza cutter for the Butterfly House Fall fundraiser) won the Washington Island Get away.

The Washington Island get away is part of the Spring Fundraiser held in Sheboygan Co. And, if you want to take a chance at winning the 2027 Washington Island get away-- Stop in at Miesfelds on Saturday April 25, 2027 for our annual Butterfly House Brat Fry fundraiser.

I set up all the raffle baskets at the main building.
The Brat Fry is at the Brat shack.... it's a great set up.

Congratulations to Ann Penkala from Menasha.
She won the beautiful Bakers Bowl with all sorts of baking goodies that was donated by Kyle Curry Ransom of Island Edibles.

I'll be delivering Ann's prize this weekend. It gave me a great excuse to go off the island for dinner and a show with a friend. She'll be in Sister Bay so we're meeting in Sister Bay to deliver her prize! and I'll be off to w**e and dine with my friend.

For the record-- I hinted that folks wouldn't mind them being there while they were there-- but it didn't work out lol
