AI literacy is expanding across the Middle East and North Africa, and Amideast is helping lead the way. As an official partner in the Raspberry Pi Foundation’s Experience AI program, we’ve trained 955 teachers so far this year, with an estimated reach of 50,000 young people across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and the UAE. Globally, the partner network has trained over 30,000 educators with a potential reach of 2.9 million students. When teachers understand how AI works and how to engage with it responsibly, they’re able to better prepare their students for the world ahead.
