Animals have a special way of reminding us to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the moment. Their presence can ease anxiety, spark joy, and make tough days feel a little easier. This is Oaken’s second appearance at our events and has become a fan favorite. I have fallen in love with this gentle giant and so has our teen ambassador along with anyone that has met him. We are so grateful to PAWS for People, Oaken’s parents and Oaken for just being him.

A huge thank you to our UD walk chairs, Parker & Christina, who did an amazing job for their first (and not their last) campus walk. We are extremely grateful to Diamond State Counseling and their generous donation. Thank you to all our vendors for coming out today. Each and every one of you make this possible. We appreciate all of you!

☕ Volunteer Coffee Chat
In honor of National Volunteer Week, we’re inviting our volunteers to join us for a Virtual Coffee Chat to connect, share stories, and celebrate the impact volunteers make across Delaware.
This will be a casual opportunity to meet other volunteers, hear updates, and reflect on the importance of the work we do together.
