We’re excited to introduce Lisa Sugarman, author, mental health advocate, and founder of The HelpHUB™, a free online mental health resource platform.

Lisa graciously gifted me a copy of her new book, Surviving: Finding Hope After Su***de Loss. While walk season hasn’t given me a chance to dive into it just yet, it’s at the top of my reading list once things settle down.

We’re grateful to Lisa for sharing her voice, experience, and resources with our Delaware community—and you’ll be seeing more content from her on our social media in the months ahead.
