HYDRATE OUR HEROES!!!! Our volunteer firefighters work for our community and they do it for FREE! They rely on donations so it is our time to step up and make sure they are hydrated! Help us by visiting our amazon list and purchasing water for our firefighters who are out in this awful heat! All orders will be sent directly to one of our Project Overwatch volunteers and delivery will be made in 2 weeks! Based on how much water we receive will base how many fire houses we can donate to so let's do this!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

I’m pleased to invite you to the 2026 Men’s Resiliency, Reset Retreat (3R) — a POST‑certified mental health and wellness program created specifically for police officers and firefighters.
📅 October 5–9, 2026
📍 Pinnacle Retreat Center | Clayton, Georgia
This five‑day retreat provides a focused space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with peers who understand the unique demands of public safety. Participants will experience expert‑led wellness sessions, dedicated time for personal restoration, and the chance to build a strong network of fellow first responders.
Attendance is limited to 40 participants, and early application is encouraged. Open to men from any state.

We had the absolute HONOR during National Police Week to get a “behind the scenes” tour in Arlington Cemetery of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers! Those who guard the tomb gave us their time and explained their day to day operations. What a humbling experience! A huge thanks to our board member, Ray who made this happen!

Today we had a chance to meet up with another non-profit, who were the sponsors of a stews and brews event in Valdosta, GA! Check out this organization who pairs service dogs with first responders! The bonus was meeting Army Ranger David Eastabrooks with Three Rangers Distillery!

The rifle is affixed with a bayonet and inverted, signifying that the Soldier went down fighting. The boots signify the Soldier’s last march onto the battlefield. Dog tags are imprinted with the Soldier’s name, and hung from the rifle so their identity will never be forgotten. The helmet is placed atop the rifle representing what the Soldier stood for, and signifying that their battle is now over.

The Battlefield Cross is a sacred symbol amongst military members. Since a funeral is typically not possible during wartime, these symbols serve as a rallying point where surviving members of a unit can mourn and remember their fallen comrades.

This Memorial Day, reach out to the veterans that you know and give them a simple message: “We Remember.” We remember our country’s fallen, your brothers and sisters, and we appreciate and honor their sacrifice.

One of the classes we hosted at the women’s retreat was facilitated by our amazing Marietta Fire Department, Jamie Durocher! Her class was all about meditation and mindfulness through the five senses! A time to breathe and relax for our ladies!
