Three days. Thousands of voices. One movement.

Trans Day of Visibility takes over Washington, D.C. from March 26–28, bringing together leaders, organizers, and community from across the country for a conference and rally rooted in visibility, dignity, and political power. At a time when trans rights and histories are under attack, showing up together is more than presence — it’s resistance, it’s unity, it’s action.

🚨 FLORIDA: TAKE ACTION NOW 🚨 The unites in solidarity with Equality Florida as multiple dangerous bills move through the legislature — and we are urging all Floridians to make your voices heard.

Here’s what’s at stake:
❌ “Anti-Diversity in Local Government” (HB 1001 / SB 1134)
A priority for Gov. DeSantis, this bill would silence cities and counties for recognizing Pride, Black History Month, and other observances — and allow far-right activists to sue over diversity efforts.
📣 Tell lawmakers to OPPOSE: https://act.eqfl.org/a/2026-anti-diversity-in-local-gov

❌ “Don’t Say Gay or Trans at Work” (HB 641 / SB 1642)
This would expand Florida’s harmful law into government workplaces and some private businesses — opening the door to harassment of transgender employees and making workplaces less safe.
📣 Oppose the bill: https://act.eqfl.org/a/2026-dont-say-gay-trans-at-work

❌ “More Lawsuits for Teachers and Doctors” (HB 743 / SB 1010)
An extreme escalation that could expose teachers, mental health providers, and even parents to lawsuits simply for supporting a transgender young person’s mental health care.
📣 Take action: https://act.eqfl.org/a/2026-more-lawsuits-for-teachers-doctors-2

🟠 These bills are moving quickly and could be voted on at any time. It takes less than 30 seconds to contact your legislators.
Florida families, workers, educators, and LGBTQ+ communities deserve dignity, safety, and freedom — not political attacks.

🚨 FLORIDA: PROTECT ADAP. PROTECT LIVES. The Task Force Action Fund is calling on you to show up for Florida’s HIV+ community. On January 8, the Florida Department of Health announced devastating cuts to the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), effective March 1.

These changes would:
❌ Slash eligibility from 400% to 130% of the federal poverty level
❌ End health insurance premium support
❌ Remove the most-prescribed HIV medication

More than 30,000 Floridians rely on ADAP and thousands could lose access to lifesaving care. Others will be forced to switch medications — even if their current treatment is working. These cuts will increase transmissions, worsen health outcomes, and drive up long-term healthcare costs.

📣 We need Florida lawmakers to step in NOW.
☎️ Call your State Senator and Representative.
📧 Email them.

ADAP saves lives. Protect the 30,000 Floridians who depend on it.

Together We Win: Rally for Trans Kids 🏳️‍⚧️ This Saturday, January 10 at 1:00 PM, the National LGBTQ Task Force Action Fund is proud to unite with our partners and community at Union Square in NYC—showing up loudly, proudly, and rooted in love for trans kids.

As the U.S. Supreme Court prepares to hear cases that will shape the future of transgender people across this country, we are coming together to make one thing unmistakably clear: trans youth deserve dignity, safety, affirming care, and the freedom to thrive—without exception. One year ago, folx gathered in Union Square in unity and love. We return again to affirm what has always been true: no matter the attacks on our communities, we have always been here—and we are not going anywhere.

New York City must continue to lead as a safe haven for trans youth. We’re honored to join New Pride Agenda, PFLAG NYC, and Trans Formative Schools, alongside trans youth, parents, caregivers, organizers, elected officials, and allies, as we rise in solidarity to demand equity, respect, and opportunity for every trans young person.
