You were my favorite hello and my hardest goodbye..💚

Earlier this month I had to say goodbye to a huge piece of myself.. It was devastating having to make the decision to let him cross that rainbow bridge but I’m thankful to have had a such calming last day with him. We hung out on the beach and laid in the warm sand while our family told him all the ways he was the bestest boy. My husband and I cuddled with him in our bed afterward until the vet came over to let him rest. 16 amazing years with a pretty amazing pup.

Thank you all for following him since Day 1. We loved every single comment, like, tag, message and email. The dachshund community is insanely strong because our obsession is second to none. Wishing you all nothing but the very best in life.
