Norma De Jesus is the founder and CEO of Ministry Share Fellowship & Services, Inc. whose mission is to create a network of churches and ministries that work in unity supporting each other in Prayer,
Empowerment and Service. She also conducts workshops and seminars for personal growth and ministry development through the ministry’s Christian Teaching Corps that provides trainers and speakers in a wide range of topics. De Jesus serves as the Director of Publications and Instructor for United Chaplains State of New York, Inc. She created the teacher’s and students’ manuals in both Spanish and English. For 9 years she served as a volunteer with the American Bible Society, providing thousands of Scripture resources to churches, ministries and individuals. As State Partnership Coordinator under the nationwide Partner’s Network she was responsible for over 600 volunteers in the New York Metro-Area linking churches with the appropriate resources for comfort ministries, children, youth and literacy programs. She is also a member of the HOPE Crisis Team under North General Hospital in Harlem, New York, a team trained to respond in disaster and crisis situations. De Jesus has worked for over 30 years experience in criminal and juvenile justice, with expertise in the Family Court, Criminal Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court. As a Certified Peace Officer and Trainer she has trained hundreds of Probationer Officers, Supervisors and support staff. She is certified to conduct training in leadership development from the National Institute of Corrections and has trained managers and executive staff in Situational Leadership and Performance Development. Pastor Norma attended Seminary of the East, Long Island University, and The King’s College, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Education. Credentials include: Ordained Pastor Licensed to Solemnize Marriages, Certified Volunteer Chaplain, Certified Peace Officer and Trainer in Probation Practices, Fi****ms Handling, Management & Leadership, Supervisory Training, Crisis Intervention, as well as Pastoral Crisis Intervention, and more.
