What the duck!? 🦆 The other weekend, DCDD Color Guard flapped their way to Atlantic Indoor Association (AIA) championships and soared to the finish. They totally quacked up the crowed and ruffled a few feathers along the way. Their champs performance was an egg-cellent end to the indoor season, but they won’t be migrating out of the spotlight yet! They’re diving right in to marching season, so get your binoculars ready because pride is just around the corner!🪽🏳️‍🌈

Turns out florals for spring CAN be groundbreaking if you make it camp enough💅

Thanks to everyone who came out on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon to ring in the spring with DCDD’s Jazz Band! This floral-themed concert featured arrangements by band members Mark Kamuf and Joe Nicol .dymytrii , plus the stunning debut of an original composition by Brandon Boxbaum 🎹

Our elegant host “Miranda Priestly” kept the show on track, while artistic director Travis Gettinger and assistant artistic director Joe Nicol kept the band in time💐

It’s always a treat to partner with and play in the lovely MLK Jr. Memorial Library auditorium, so until next time…
