We brought together some of the nation’s leading legal voices for a timely and thought-provoking conversation about the Supreme Court’s 2026–2027 term and the consequential cases that could shape the future of our country.

Senator Eric Schmitt has trouble with basic facts! He inexplicably confused the Atlanta Hawks and Iowa Hawkeyes while trying to accuse Jack Smith of perjury. We should not trust any judicial nominee he champions.

Justice Alito has recused himself from a major climate case only after concerns were raised about his oil and gas investments.

Conflicts of interest, or their appearance, have no place on our nation’s highest court. The Supreme Court needs a binding code of ethics.

Alito will sit out the first case heard by the Supreme Court this term after facing calls from the left to do so because he owns stock in oil companies. He had previously pushed back.

SCOTUS’s conservative majority just cleared the way for an expanded federal database to conduct sweeping voter citizenship checks — putting eligible voters at risk of disenfranchisement.

In a major win for President Donald Trump’s efforts to find non-citizen voters, the Supreme Court on Friday said states can use a controversial citizenship data collection tool for reviewing voter rolls.
