Last week, the new RVFD Administrative and Operational Officers were sworn in for the coming year. Congratulations to the following members elected at this month's Annual Meeting:

Fire Chief - Craig Lazar
1st Deputy Fire Chief - Christopher Hinde
Deputy Fire Chiefs - Leonard Chornock, Russell Dawson, James Shank
Vice President - Ian Weston
Secretary - Russell Dawson
Treasurer - Mark Livingstone
Board of Directors - Thomas Kavanagh, Tyler March, Nicholas Peang-Meth, & Harrison Wilson

Also elected were Delegates to the Maryland State Firefighters Association, Delegate to the Montgomery County Volunteer Fire-Rescue Association and the department's Trial Board.

A very special thank you to City of Rockville Government Mayor Monique Ashton who was on hand to administer the oath of office.
