Congratulations to Dora Westerlund on her appointment to Community West Bancshares (NASDAQ: CWBC)'s Board of Directors, following the completion of the merger with USB and United Security Bank, where she had previously served as a director since 2021.

Dora is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation (FAHF). In 2011, she established the first bilingual business incubator in the western United States, creating a one-stop-shop resource center for small business entrepreneurs. Under her leadership, FAHF has assisted more than 30,000 small businesses across California's San Joaquin Valley. In 2021, she also founded FAHF's Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) to expand access to responsible lending for underserved small businesses.

Thank you to the incredible members and partners who came together for a night grounded in what LCDA does best: intentional connection and meaningful conversation that extend into the boardroom.

We are especially grateful to the team at the Rollins Museum of Art of Rollins College for hosting such a unique and inspiring private tour. It set the perfect tone for the evening.
